What does self-care look like after an energy session?

Following an energy session, self-care is essential to help you integrate and ground the experience. Supportive practices may include journaling, creative expression, quiet reflection, nourishing meals, deep rest, or calming activities like walking in nature or enjoying a warm bath. Because sound vibrations work on a cellular level, it’s especially important to stay well-hydrated to support your body’s natural detoxification and energetic realignment.

What do I need to do between sessions?

Between sessions, it's beneficial to continue grounding practices and self awareness, keep a journal for reflections and insights, and practice energetic hygiene to support and integrate your ongoing healing process.

What can I expect during an intuitive coaching and energy session?

Each session is uniquely tailored to your individual needs and intentions. Depending on what arises, we may incorporate sound healing tools such as crystal bowls, drums, gongs, rattles, or tuning forks to deepen your experience. Our work together is collaborative and co-creative, designed to foster self-trust, empowerment, and meaningful transformation. Energy work is always optional—this space is equally supportive for those seeking coaching alone, without hands-on energetic practice

What is shamanic energy medicine?

Shamanic energy medicine is an ancient healing tradition that engages spiritual energies, intuitive insight, and a deep connection to nature to help clear energetic imbalances and restore harmony. This gentle yet powerful practice supports inner clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment. While Meribeth does not claim the title of shaman, she honors the integrity and lineage of these indigenous wisdom practices with deep respect and reverence.

What is shadow work? 

Shadow work is the intentional exploration of parts of ourselves we typically hide, ignore, or deny—often called our "shadows." This transformative process helps us understand, integrate, and transform these aspects to support emotional healing and personal growth.

What should I bring to a moon ritual or sound immersion?

Please bring a journal, yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, and a pillow—anything that helps you feel comfortable, grounded, and supported throughout the experience. You’re also welcome to bring any sacred or meaningful items to place on the community altar, adding your personal energy to our shared space.
